Residents, please check your email for pertinent information regarding roof shingles and/or carports. If you have questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to a board member through email or text.
Residents, please note that Republic Services will charge $50.00 every time and for every dumpster whose lid is not completely shut due to garbage overflow. If one dumpster is full, please find another to throw your trash into. Trash is collected twice a week and we would hate to pass on extra charges to the residents of Valle Cereza.
